28c5b3eea3 - Adding StdOutLogger and adding tests for DAG execution to verify it works. 
- Roughing in FileSystemLogger
- Deleting Scheduler code and associated unit tests as being too complicated for maintenance.
- Refactoring namespaces for loggers and executors.
