a97c3ff783 - Removing Catch2 code from codebase, will pull it via FetchContent instead.

- Roughing in FileSystemLogger
- Deleting Scheduler code and associated unit tests as being too complicated for maintenance.
- Refactoring namespaces for loggers and executors.
